Corrections log
Every factual change we make to a published page lands here, dated and signed. The presence of this log is part of the site's editorial standing: a site that publishes its corrections is reading itself with the same care it asks its readers to bring.
Corrections policy
We correct factual errors. Prices that have moved get a refreshed figure; villa counts that have changed get an updated number; attribution that pointed to the wrong source gets retitled. We keep the original wording in this log where the change matters to the reader, so the record of what we said can be checked against what we now say.
We do not silently overwrite. A page that has been corrected carries the change here, and the page's last-verified date is updated to the day the correction landed.
If you have spotted an error on the site, write to editorial@maldivesidylls.com with the page URL and what you noticed. We respond inside one editorial cycle (every six hours during the active phase).
