Food & drink

Five venues anchor the Hard Rock plan, plus shared access to the sister SAii Lagoon and the wider Marina precinct. Sessions, the main all-day pavilion, runs a rotating buffet plus à-la-carte across breakfast to dinner; the Hard Rock Cafe at The Marina does the classic Hard Rock menu of burgers and ribs amid the memorabilia; The Elephant & The Butterfly is the oceanfront Pan-Latin and Mexican venue, themed around Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera, with live music six nights a week; Pool Bar Eleven handles lunch and sundowners; and Roxie's covers family dining.
